Drawing on the language of classic Pop-Art, the visuals combine saturated colour palettes, halftone dot textures, bold outlines and graphic shapes, reimagined with a fresh, contemporary edge. Throughout the performance, these elements shift, burst and flood the screen, building and releasing in rhythm with the music. Blocks of colour wipe across the frame, patterns pulse on the beat and graphic forms pop in and out, keeping the energy moving from the opening bars through to the final chorus.
Typography played a central role in the design. Bold, impactful type was layered into the compositions, scaling, stretching and colliding with the graphics to add punch and personality. Rather than sitting on top of the visuals, the type became part of the choreography, reacting to the tempo and helping drive the momentum of the performance.
The performance formed part of Channel 4's Paralympic Homecoming broadcast, a celebration of the achievements of ParalympicsGB. The visuals were designed to work in harmony with the live staging, lighting and camera direction, giving the show a cohesive, eye-catching look both in the arena and for viewers at home. Transitions were timed to the structure of the song, so each section felt distinct while still belonging to one playful visual world.
The result was a bright, fun and positive performance that reflected Caity Baser's upbeat style and captured the celebratory mood of the evening, as the country welcomed the ParalympicsGB team home.
